Return
The customer has the right, within 30 days of receiving the goods, to refuse and return the goods purchased in this online store without giving a reason if:
- The purchased goods are unused and their packaging is undamaged, and the sticker on the packaging confirming the purchase of the goods online is undamaged, and the goods and their packaging have not lost their commercial appearance and are complete;
- The customer delivers the goods at his own expense to the UAB Brentus office at A.Juozapavičiaus pr. 27-3, LT-45258, Kaunas, or pays for their delivery costs.
The customer must immediately contact the seller by e-mail if he/she receives defective goods. info@brentus.lt and to coordinate the conditions for exchanging or returning defective goods. In addition:
- Returned or exchanged goods and their packaging must be complete;
- The customer delivers the goods at his own expense to the UAB Brentus office at the address A.Juozapavičiaus pr. 27-3, LT-45258, Kaunas, or pays for their delivery costs.
Items may not be exchanged and the price may be refunded if we do not have the desired item in stock.
The Customer expresses his/her desire to return goods purchased in this online store by sending an e-mail to the following e-mail address: info@brentus.lt , indicating in your e-mail the returned goods, your name and surname and your bank account details. The customer delivers the goods at his own expense to the UAB Brentus office at A.Juozapavičiaus pr. 27-3, LT-45258, Kaunas, or pays for their delivery costs.
After the return of quality goods, within 10 working days from the date of return of the goods or goods, the price of the returned goods, excluding the price of delivery of the goods, which is not compensated, is paid to the bank account specified by the Customer. After the return of poor-quality goods, within 10 working days from the date of return of the goods or goods, the price of the returned goods, including the price of delivery of the goods, is paid to the bank account specified by the Customer.
