For eyes - apply gel or cream eyeshadow to your eyelids to get the color of fluorescent eyeshadow.
For lips - mix with natural liquid lip glosses and you get fluorescent lipstick.
For eyelashes - dilute with moisturizing lotion and apply to eyelashes and you will have fluorescent mascara.
