MAGIC PRIMER (glitter glue)

Magic Primer - a mixture of silicone resin and volatile silicones, used when we want eye shadows to be resistant to water, tears, sweat and rubbing.

Forms an elastic film on the skin, an ideal base for fine and coarse glitter to adhere to. Can be mixed with a tinted foundation or concealer for better hold.
